Final Sale Policy Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our beauty and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not offer store credit unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review your cart carefully before checking out to ensure that your order is accurate.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out to ensure you’ve selected the correct items.


Store Credit In special cases where an exchange is approved, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the product. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase. Please note that if you wait to use your store credit the item you prefer may be out of stock or no longer available.
