Processing Time
Because our products are handmade with care, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Although most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary during peak periods, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery time is in addition to processing time.
Please note that weather, postal delays, and holidays may impact delivery timeframes and are outside our control.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time due to ongoing tariff and logistics challenges.
Shipping Rates
· Free U.S. shipping is offered on all orders over $50
· Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $50 (calculated at checkout)
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days, please reach out to us at hi@heavenbeambeauty.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your items before checking out to ensure accuracy.
