Shipping Policy

What are your shipping rates? 

Shipping rates vary depending on your location. Free shipping is offered on ALL U.S. orders over $40. Flat rate shipping is available for all Canadian orders over $75. 

What locations do we ship to?

We offer shipping to U.S. & Canada.

Do we ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping to U.S. & Canada. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within a 1-3 business days of receiving an order. Once your order is processed, the delivery time frame will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout. You usually will receive your items within 2-8 days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier.

Additional factors such as distance, peak sale season, holidays and natural disasters may cause postal delays which are beyond our control. Please reach out to hi@heavenbeambeauty.com for additional assistance with any concerns about shipping time.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes, tracking numbers will be sent out in an e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Please contact the shipping provider (USPS, DHL, UPS etc.) in order to retrieve any lost packages. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for mistakes or delays that occur on behalf of shipping carriers. However, you may reach out to us at hi@heavenbeambeauty.com for any concerns and we will assist in any way that we are able to. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. Please double check your order to ensure you have the correct items you wish to purchase in your cart prior to checking out.
